I need to do full database replication in around 25 servers.
all of them will hold teh same data n structure(exact replica).
but to get enterprise edition it is way expensive for our company.
So what will be the better option? Can we use Standard edition/standard edition one and do replication or not? and whether table partitioning is supported in SE/SE1 or not?
what will be the performance differences? please reply me soon i need to submit the research tomorrow?

partitioning is only available with Enterprise Edition.

"database replication" means different things to different people.
Since you did not provide detailed requirements regarding exact capabilities needed, I declined to waste my time speculating possible solutions; which may or may not do what you desire.

Some "data" replication can be done by SE & some other capabilities require EE.

It does not matter to me whether SE meets your needs or not.

Why don't you ask to Oracle?
They are there to answer this kind of questions.
