i want a report when i press a button in form ,say example emp report .please tell me the code ?

Search the board. Similar questions have been asked many times. The answer might depend on Forms & Reports version you use (RUN_REPORT_OBJECT / RUN_PRODUCT / WEB.SHOW_DOCUMENT built-ins).
