Can not exit_form properly [message #507044]

Dear Sirs,

Simple question, but difficult answer.

I enter a form, do nothing, and exit_form. It closes but
reenter again. The second try, does not cause this effect
and ends properly.

Checked and commented code around the form, but no use.

What could be happening ?

By reenter, I mean, that the form exits and opens again itself.

Maybe the app is calling for form twice?
