i have an oracle form, which layout doesn't appears when login by a userid and pswd, but the same form's layout appears when login with another id and pswd.
i suppose, first layout is not appearing means there is not any problem related with database permissions and connectivity, problem may be with layout procedure but i didn't get any.
what should i do?

Is there any PRE-FORM or WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger? If so, what do they do?
