Strange error happening on some clients machines - WUO-708 [message #567498]

We have an application which downloads a .rtf file (containing a template file which will be populated with DB data) from the application server to the client machine, open the MS Word application in the client machine and start working on that template.

In some machines, we are experiencing this error which popups on JInitiator 1.3.1.26

ERROR>WUO-714 [OleFunctions.setExceptionValues()] Não é possível obter os últimos detalhes de Erro de OLE; Exceção

ERROR>WUO-708 [OleFunctions.get_obj_property()] Não é possível obter Propriedade: Documents; Exceção
com.jacob.com.ComFailException: A COM exception has been encountered:
At Invoke of: Documents
Description: An unknown COM error has occured.

I'm using CLIENT_OLE2 to manipulate the Word application on remote machine.
