If records are fetched into a form using a query, then - with GET_BLOCK_PROPERTY(LAST_QUERY) - it is easy to find the WHERE clause Forms used to retrieve data. Now, write a report (using Reports Builder). A form button should call the report, pass the WHERE clause to the report and use it as a lexical parameter. Doing so, report should display the same data that is displayed in a form.
