Is it possible to COPY FORMATTED TEXT DATA FROM MS WORD IN ORACLE WITH SAME FORMATTING IN ORACLE IN ORACLE10G DEVELOPER SUITE

If you meant to store that formatted text into a form item (which is based on a VARCHAR2 or CLOB column), then the answer is "no" - formatting will be lost. However, you could store the whole Word document into a BLOB column.
