We're implementing RMS and financials and a requirement has come up which is; every shop around EMEA needs to be able to run a P&L. The only solution so far is to add a shop as a cost center in the chart of accounts to pull the indirect costs from GL. This location will be different from that in RMS meaning a constant mapping exercise needs to be done. Considering we have over 900 shops split over UK, Spain, Ireland, Poland etc the current solution being presented would result in all these shops being all CC's. Is this really the only solution for allocating costs to these locations? - should we use locations coming from HCM onto PO's?
Please help!
