ORA-12006: un cliché (snapshot) avec le même nom utilisateur existe déjà

Hi
I have the same problem.

“ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [[ktsircinfo_num1]], [[7]], [[8]], [[4162759]], [[]], [[]], [[]], [[]]”

I get this error in a table. I couldn't delete or drop this table.

Please help me if anybody knows the solution.

Always contact support regarding ORA-600 AND ORA-7445.

About Your specific error, there are a number of known issues, but none of the ones I saw matches Your senario closely.
