Dear sir,
My name is adnan. i have started my oracle developer track.
i have installed the personal oracle 8 on window98
on oracle HOme default_home in directory orawin95

next i installed developer 6i on other oracle Home
named default_home1 in directory orawin96

when i start oracle it works but when i open forms
and try to connect with oracle it give tns error.
besides if i manualy starts oracle by clicking on
start database then developer get connectivity.

plz help me out in this matter. Your earlier response
will be appreciated.

You have to start the database always
so as to connect to database in forms

it is great to have you here. However, note that questions you are answering to are 6 (SIX!) years old and original poster probably doesn't keep a track of them.

Therefore, perhaps you should move on to a more recent problems (not that there's something wrong about answering ancient questions, it's just the fact that you probably won't get any feedback).
